The Solution Sage report
When all participants
have completed the questionnaire, the Solution Sage report is produced
by an automated system that analyzes all the input from the various
participants. The report contains ONLY a composite view of the firm
based on the aggregated data of the participants--each individual's
input and perspective remains completely confidential and cannot
be singled out in the report.
To get the Solution
Sage report, the coordinator for the assessment must indicate that
the questionnaire phase is complete. Using the convenient online
Control Panel the coordinator can verify that most or all of the
participants have completed the questionnaire and then request the
report.
It is not unusual
for some participants to avoid completing the questionnaire. In
these cases the coordinator should follow up with these individuals
and encourage them to go online and complete the questionnaire.
If it is determined that a particular participant is unable or unwilling
to complete the questionnaire, the coordinator can choose to conclude
the questionnaire phase and request the Solution Sage report without
that individual's input. In any case, a minimum of two completed
questionnaires are required to create a Solution Sage report.
